Lucas Development Consultants is owned and run by husband and wife, Brett & Cindy Lucas. The Heights on De Beers, a division of LDC is managed by our Registered Nursing Consultant, Sr. Yvonne Arendse. Sr. Arendse is a licensed professional nurse and registered with the board of health care funders with over 40 years of practical experience in the nursing field.

Together we believe in the passionate pursuit of excellence and success with uncompromising services and integrity which is why we have decided to venture into the medical industry by establishing our own residential care facility (with our core focus being elderly care). We are certain that our values will help us drive the business to desirable heights because despite being a residential care facility for older persons, we are health conscious and customer-centric.

Our staff component is further made up of Enrolled Nurses, Care Workers, a housekeeper and a gardener – all truly passionate when it comes taking care of the aging population.
